Each Ashculme Textiles teddy bear is handcrafted with love using a luxurious blend of alpaca and merino wool. To ensure your teddy remains a cherished companion for years to come, please follow these care guidelines:

Spot clean only. Use a damp cloth and a mild wool-safe detergent to gently dab any marks or spills. Avoid soaking or rubbing the fabric.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry. These bears are made from delicate handwoven fibres and should never be placed in a washing machine or dryer.

Keep away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause natural dyes to fade over time.

Air dry flat. If your teddy gets damp, lay it flat on a clean towel and allow it to dry naturally in a shaded spot.

Store with love. When not in use, keep your teddy in a dry, well-ventilated space. A cotton bag or open shelf is ideal.

Avoid rough play. While beautifully made and sturdy, these teddies are artisan pieces and will last best with gentle cuddles and care.
